Definitions & Applications
Channel Letter: Channel letters are individually constructed letters fabricated out of
aluminum to conform a three-dimensional letter that may accommodate a light source.
Applications: Channel Letter Signs are neon channel logo outdoor signs and indoor
logos. Channel letters can be used as indoor displays as well. Channel letters are available
in four different styles:

Non-Illuminated reverse channel letters.
Depending on size we can build them 2", 3" or 4"
deep. Mig Welded Aluminum Letters, Numbers
logo signs or outdoor for building signs.
Fabrication Method: We Mig Weld .063 Aluminum
faces with .050 aluminum sides. If the letters are
over 18" tall, we use .080 faces and .063
mig-welded sides.
Clear coated with automotive clear (natural) or
painted with standard colors black, reflex-blue,
white, yellow or red. We can custom paint any
color you want. We use high gloss automotive a/b
acrylic paint.

Reverse Channel Illuminated Letter. The complete letter is fabricated with
aluminum. It is mounted on a building with 3/8" threaded rods, leaving an open space
between the building and the back of the letter of 1". This allows for halo lighting around the
outside edge of the letters.

With a paper pattern we mark the exact location for each letter or logo element.
